Terms & Conditions For Program Enrollment

Registration Requirements

● Children are enrolled in the center based on available spots and registration priority.
● All required documents must be submitted along with the registration form:
        ○ A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
        ○ A copy of the family ID or parents’ national ID.

        ○ A personal photo of the child.
        ○ A medical report from a recognized health center stating the child’s health condition.
        ○ A record of the child’s mandatory vaccinations as prescribed by the Ministry of Health. Children who are not fully vaccinated will not be accepted. If it is found that the child requires special care (e.g., autism, behavioral issues), the center has the right to:
● Request the presence of a shadow teacher (aide).
● Cancel the child’s enrollment based on the case.
● The child must be free from contagious diseases.
● No refunds, discounts, or compensation will be issued in cases of:
       ○ Absences due to illness, travel, vacations.
       ○ Center closures (maintenance, field trips, holidays, school calendar changes, or other reasons).
● A child is not considered enrolled unless the registration fee is paid and the form is
fully completed. Registration fees are non-refundable.
● First-time registration requires a one-time fee of 600 SAR (for materials and uniforms).
● Fees are due in full regardless of partial or full attendance or absences.
● Children must wear the official and sports uniforms from the first day they are
received.
● Fees are non-refundable and cannot be paused or transferred to another child.
● Missed days will not be compensated under any circumstances.

● Mothers are not allowed to be present at the center. A nanny may accompany the child for the first 3 days only.
● A shadow teacher may be accepted without liability on the center.
● The child must bring their own daily meal. No delivery by drivers or online food orders is allowed.
● If the child arrives with cold or flu symptoms, the parent will be asked to pick them up immediately.
● If the parent does not respond to the pickup request, the center disclaims any responsibility for delays.
● Parents must complete the field trip and swimming forms at the beginning of enrollment.
● Cooperation between parents and the center is essential for the child’s benefit.
● The center does not accept children with repeated negative behaviors (hitting, cursing, bullying, etc.). The child must attend behavior therapy sessions. If parents do not cooperate, the child’s enrollment will be canceled.
● The center is not responsible for pick-up/drop-off by drivers or maids.
● The center’s main focus is educational, followed by entertainment.
● On swimming days, parents must send the child with: swimsuit, towel, slippers, and a bag for wet clothes.
● Parents are not allowed to verbally abuse or insult center staff. This will result in immediate termination of enrollment.
● Only legal guardians (parents or those with legal custody documents) will be dealt with — no other family members (grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings).
● A child pick-up card is required. Lost cards will incur a 30 SAR replacement fee.
● Additional items like ballet uniforms or karate gear must be provided by parents when needed.
● Parents agree not to insult the center or staff via social media or Google reviews.
Legal compensation may be sought, and enrollment will be canceled.
● If the child requires behavioral or learning therapy, sessions will be provided at the center. Parents must pay for these. If they refuse, only 30% of fees will be refunded, and enrollment will be canceled.
● If the child has learning difficulties and therapy is not accepted by the parent, the center is not responsible for school outcomes.
● Shoes must be removed at the outer entrance.
● The center has the legal right to report child abuse without parental consent if confirmed.
● The center offers a child development plan for an extra annual fee under expert supervision.
● Parents must compensate the center for any damages caused by their child.
● Private phone communication with teachers is strictly forbidden.
● Gifts to staff members are not allowed.
● The child may only attend the center if enrolled in an active program at least 3 days before the start date.
● The center follows a strict zero-tolerance policy for child or parent aggression (hitting, cursing, bullying).
● Parents must trim the child’s nails weekly.
● Only healthy food is allowed in the center.
● Children must not attend if they have contagious illnesses, high fever, lice, etc.The child will be isolated, and the parent contacted immediately. If the parent refuses to comply, the center may cancel the child’s enrollment and apply refund policies.
● Both parents are jointly financially responsible for all due fees.
● Any offense or disrespect toward the center or its staff allows the center to cancel enrollment.
● Internal and external activities are chosen via a sent link and cannot be changed unless canceled by the center.

● Valuables such as jewelry, cash.
● Electronic devices: phones, tablets, iPads.
● Unhealthy foods: instant noodles, candy, chocolate, soda, etc.

In all cases where “Withdrawal Policy” is mentioned:

● There is no summer withdrawal policy except when initiated by the center.

● The center may cancel enrollment without refund if the child or guardians violate any of the terms.

Your child’s safety is our top priority, and we will do our best to ensure their well-being. However, accidents can happen despite professional care and supervision. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and approve the following: 

● I authorize Al Ibn Al-Hakim Center to provide medical care in case of emergencies, including calling an ambulance or a licensed nurse, if I or my emergency contacts cannot be reached. 

● I accept full financial responsibility for all medical procedures administered, beyond the initial medical evaluation performed by the center. 

● I release and hold harmless the center, its owners, staff, and volunteers from all claims or liabilities arising from any accidental injuries, illnesses, or viruses my child may contract or transmit.

● I agree to comply with all center policies and procedures at all times. 

● Any dispute shall first attempt to be resolved amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, it will be referred to the General Court in Jeddah. Any invalid clause shall not affect the remainder of the agreement. 

● The center reserves the right to seek payment from either parent for any financial obligations. 

● Al Ibn Al-Hakim Center is licensed by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, not the Ministry of Education. It does not issue certificates and does not register children in Noor system.

Unfortunately, refunds are not available, as seats are limited and reserved upon registration. There is no exchange, refund, or suspension of the subscription.
